But he explained there's still a chance the club often see a rebirth sometime in the longer term.

"I am not sure what the auction means so far as the future of the Center Valley Course," he was quoted saying. "There is always the possibility discount golf clubs of a rebirth in the foreseeable future. A new operator with capital can invariably purchase equipment and resupply the operation. The task on reopening in the future may be to reassemble a seasoned staff and management team."
